Pocket Medicine Wheel

The Pocket Medicine Wheel is an old
tool and easy to put together. It consists of 5 stones carried
in a little pouch.
You can use stones that call to
you or you can pick objects to represent the elemental forces
of Air, Fire, Water, and Earth, the fifth stone/object represents
Spirit/Creator.
Kept in a small Medicine Pouch you
have a portable Medicine Wheel you can set up anywhere you go.
If you're traveling and staying in a hotel room, or walking
in the countryside somewhere, sitting in a city park, or in
your car in a parking lot wherever you go it's available to
you.
People use them as a focal point
for meditation, for setting up their Sacred Space, or for creating
good energy in a conversation about spiritual matters with someone
you are working with.
Any reason you would have for centering
or using a Medicine Wheel can be applied to the Pocket Wheel.
It isn't the size that matters but the intent with which you
use it.
The more you use it the more it begins
to build up sacred energy and lends itself as an effective tool.
Not everyone can find their way to
building their own Medicine Wheel in their yard or garden to
serve their needs, but a Pocket Wheel is accessible to anyone.
Try it, you may find you like it
a lot.
