Sacrum/Spine

In the index, looking up sacrum, I'm referred to "the spine".
However, there is no specific
mention of the sacrum itself... just different issues with the
spine itself. However, my mother had
serious issues with her sacrum for a long time, would even always
fall on it, bump it, bruise it...
she'd only have to *think* "frost" and she'd slip.
She was "hell-bent" on hurting it all the time.
Anyway, I know she learned something about herself and her fixation
on hurting her sacrum, and
I'll email her to ask what she learned about the sacrum that
she might be able to share. She's
come a long way since then, and hasn't hurt her sacrum for at
least 6 years straight. Also, if your
friend has any other issues with her back (scoliosis, S-curve,
hollow/round spine...) let me know,
because there are articles about those issues.
